If you're not satisfied with your purchase, send it back for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date you receive it. Returns must be in pristine condition. S&P charges are non-refundable. Holiday returns must be returned by the first Friday in January. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift card.
For return or exchange the goods must be returned EXACTLY as received with all packaging, without any sign of wear and with tags attached. Goods received in a condition other than this will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and a refund or exchange will not be granted. You are liable for the postage costs to return the goods to us.
In the case of all custom, made to measure, and any item special ordered in on your request and a deposit taken, a sale or discounted product, or an auctioned item in which case we do not accept returns or exchanges. In certain circumstances we may consider an exchange.
email - megan@luxe-eq.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a ship to address. This will ensure that your return gets to us, in the event we are traveling to a show location, and you will receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.
Please note, the cost to ship an item for return / exchange is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, Luxe EQ will ship the exchanged item (s) to the customer in the Continental US via standard 5-7 day FedEx shipping without any charge to the customer.
